1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "turu99," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the turu99 platform, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and authorized representatives, collectively operating the website accessible at https://turu99.cam and any associated mobile applications or software.
• "Platform" — the turu99 website, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any software or service made available by turu99 to registered users.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" — any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the turu99 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal player account created upon successful registration on the turu99 Platform.
• "Balance" — the total sum of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback, or other incentive credits allocated to a Player's Account by turu99 as part of a promotion or loyalty reward.
• "Real Money Funds" — deposits made by a Player using their own financial resources via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by turu99 prior to authorizing withdrawals and, in some instances, prior to continued platform access.
• "Turnover Requirement" / "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the primary transactional currency on the turu99 Platform.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" — a country or territory from which access to and use of the turu99 Platform is not restricted under applicable law or turu99's operational policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the turu99 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and turu99.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the turu99 Platform and, if applicable, contact our support team to close your Account.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the turu99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. turu99 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on the Platform.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from an Eligible Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of turu99 complies with the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.
3. You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any similar restriction imposed by turu99 or any other regulated gaming platform.
4. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or close relative of an employee or contractor of turu99, any of its affiliated companies, or any game software supplier whose products are available on the Platform.

turu99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure.

4. Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the turu99 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent ban from the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document).
• Date of birth.
• Email address (which will serve as your primary contact and account recovery channel).
• Phone number.
• Country of residence.
• Preferred currency (IDR for Indonesian players).
• A secure password of your own choosing.

You agree to notify turu99 promptly of any changes to the information provided at registration. turu99 may, at its discretion, require Players to re-verify their identity following a change of personal details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. turu99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted via your Account while your credentials are active is your responsibility.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

turu99 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures in accordance with the standards set by its licensing authority and as a matter of platform integrity. KYC verification is mandatory for all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request and may be required at other times at turu99's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requirements for Indonesian players include:

• A clear photograph or certified copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), or equivalent government-issued photo identification for non-Indonesian residents.
• A recent proof of address (issued within the last three months) such as a bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence showing your full name and residential address.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your identity document beside your face, taken against a plain background.

turu99 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for Players whose account activity warrants additional review, including high-volume depositors, players requesting large withdrawals, or accounts flagged by automated fraud monitoring systems.

6. Deposits

turu99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or business accounts not in your name — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded to the source account and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are published on the turu99 deposit page. As a general guide:

• Minimum deposit via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Rp 50.000
• Minimum deposit via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Rp 20.000
• Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method — refer to the deposit interface for current limits.

turu99 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of turu99.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any applicable Turnover Requirements associated with active Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by player tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the turu99 Account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

turu99 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the point at which a withdrawal request is approved by our processing team:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: 15 minutes to 1 hour during WIB business hours.
• Other Indonesian banks: 1–3 hours during business hours; up to 24 hours during non-business hours.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 15–30 minutes.

turu99 applies zero fees on withdrawal transactions processed through the Platform. Fees charged by receiving banks or e-wallet providers are outside turu99's control.

turu99 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may result in a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending the outcome of the review. Players will be notified via email if such a hold is applied.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

turu99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

1. Turnover Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a turnover (wagering) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failing to meet turnover requirements within the validity window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
2. Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying turnover requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; live casino games commonly contribute 10–15%; slots contribution rates vary by title. Specific contribution tables are published on individual promotion pages.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus or deposit bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
4. Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or event that qualifies toward turnover is Rp 100.000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may be excluded from turnover calculations or may result in bonus forfeiture.
5. Abuse and Exploitation: turu99 monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, advantage play, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation. Where such patterns are detected, turu99 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account.
6. Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or used within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the turu99 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to the relevant game or market. The following general rules apply across all bet types:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the turu99 system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised prior to event settlement.
• turu99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical error, pricing feed failure, or manifest mistake — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players will be notified of any void and their stake will be returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, turu99's records shall be the definitive reference. Players may escalate unresolved disputes through the formal complaint process detailed in Clause 16.
• Bets placed using funds that are the subject of a fraudulent transaction, unauthorized payment, or chargeback will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• For sports betting markets — including bandar bola (online sportsbook) markets and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) selections — specific sport rules governing abandonment, postponement, and partial completion apply. 10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the turu99 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any Balance accrued through prohibited activity forfeited:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another person to open an Account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions applied to a previous Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine player activity.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such vulnerability must be reported to turu99 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in live casino games, poker games, or any other competitive game format.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider while retaining any associated winnings on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool that masks or misrepresents your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

turu99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where turu99 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being used in connection with prohibited activities as described in Clause 10.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose turu99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. turu99 will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting turu99 support. Any Real Money Balance (net of active bonus funds subject to ongoing turnover requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Responsible Gaming

turu99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible to all registered Players at any time, without requiring prior approval:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Any increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for individual gambling sessions.
• Reality Checks: Optional on-screen reminders can be configured to notify you of the time elapsed during an active session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary restriction on account access for a period of between 1 and 42 days, which takes effect immediately upon request.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, adapting, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using any automated data extraction tool (including web scrapers, crawlers, or bots) to collect data from the Platform without express written permission from turu99.
• Creating derivative works based on turu99 content or branding.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

turu99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with third parties strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and the Platform's licensing authority — and only to the extent required for those specific operational purposes.

15. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, turu99 expressly excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of income, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the turu99 Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, technical failures, or data transmission errors caused by factors outside turu99's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where turu99 can demonstrate that the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any decision you make in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

In all circumstances where turu99 is found to be liable to a Player, turu99's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit turu99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by turu99.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which turu99 holds its gaming license. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in turu99's official licensing documentation, available upon request from our support team.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between you and turu99 arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, the following process applies:
